By accessing or making a purchase from Zoreth - Jaising Luxury Goods, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and vendors.

2. Product Use

Our interior fragrance products are meant for personal and indoor ambience use only.
They must be used as instructed and kept away from:

Heat sources,
Direct flame,
Children and pets.

Misuse or improper handling is solely the responsibility of the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

4. Order Acceptance

Order confirmation does not indicate final acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order,
Limit order quantities,
Request verification of identity or address when necessary.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping Pan-India.
For quick delivery within Bombay (up to 20 kg), a ₹200 fee applies.

All shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

6. Returns & Replacements

All products are final sale.

Replacements are offered only if:

The product arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed, or incorrect.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approval of replacements is at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstance.

Reverse pickup and re-delivery charges are ₹200, payable by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, branding, images, and text - is the exclusive property of Jaising Luxury Goods Private Limited.
Duplication, reproduction, resale, or misleading association is strictly prohibited.
