Return & Refund Policy

Our interior fragrance products are created with precision, hygiene, and high-quality aromatic ingredients. As a result, all purchases are considered final sale. However, in the rare event of a delivery issue, the following applies:

1. Non-Returnable Product Category

Interior fragrance bottles are personal-use aromatic products, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
This policy ensures the integrity, purity, and hygiene of every product we ship.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for:

  • Change of mind,

  • Scent preference,

  • Packaging not meeting personal aesthetic expectation,

  • Opened, used, or tested products.

2. If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If a product is received in:

  • Broken condition,

  • Leaking,

  • Unsealed, or

  • Different from the item ordered,

Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Email us at jaisingluxurygoods@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order number,

  • Clear photos of:

    • The product,

    • Outer packaging,

    • Shipping label.

3. Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to review by our Quality Control Team.
Approval is at the sole discretion of the brand.

If your claim is approved:

  • We will arrange for replacement of the same product only.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

4. Shipping

If a replacement is approved, the cost of pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

5. Final Authority

The brand reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
All decisions made will be final and binding.
