2. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders typically reach within:

  • 3–7 business days to metropolitan regions,

  • 5–10 business days for other locations.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier logistics and regional accessibility.

3. Bombay Quick Delivery

For customers located in Bombay, we offer quick delivery (same-day or next-day), subject to availability.

  • Applicable for parcels up to 10 kg.

  • Delivery Fee: ₹250.

This service depends on daily dispatch slots and local courier bandwidth.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or Email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to incomplete address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may return to us (RTO).
Re-shipping in such cases will incur additional charges, payable by the customer.

6. Returns & Reverse Pickups

In cases where a return or replacement is approved:

  • A reverse pickup and re-delivery charge of ₹200 will apply.
    Returns are only considered for damaged or incorrect items.
    We do not accept returns based on scent preference or personal choice.

7. International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.
